On Friday, February 10th, the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department held a promotional ceremony to recognize the Department's newl-promoted officers. Surrounded by their families, friends, and crewmates, Timothy Hall, Jr and Keith Lee accepted their new ranks and roles within the Department.
