11:45 AM UPDATE: Incident Command states that the fire is under control. Search & Rescue teams rescued 2 cats from the home.

Crews remain on scene conducting overhaul operations.

An investigation to determine the cause of the fire is pending.

11:25 AM: Mobile Fire-Rescue Department personnel are on scene of a fully-involved, residential fire on Park Avenue.

Engines 12, 8, 23, and 14, along with Truck 17 and Rescue 12 are working to mitigate the incident.
