All pool locations are free to use for the public. All outdoor pools are currently closed on Sundays and City Holidays.
General Swimming Lessons
Children in the City of Mobile can enroll in swim classes, which will be offered from June to July in partnership with the Port City Marlins swim team. Level I lessons cover basics like floating, kicking, breathing, and basic stroke development. Level II builds on those techniques with additional strokes, breathing techniques, and more advanced goals for young swimmers. For more information about lessons, facilities and programs, contact Aquatics Manager Derrick Tinsley at (251) 436-9856.

ADA Liaison
The ADA Liaison provides inclusion to individuals with disabilities and/or medical conditions who request modifications to participate in other Parks and Recreation programs. The City of Mobile Parks and Recreation Department welcomes the participation of all individuals, including those with disabilities or special needs. We are committed to compliance with the ADA and provide reasonable modifications to facilitate program participation. We request that modification requests are made 3 weeks in advance, so we can communicate and prepare appropriate modifications. To request a modification or for more information, email our ADA Liaison olivia.puranen@cityofmobile.gov.
Inclusion
Inclusion is a service that provides accommodations to persons with disabilities for participation in recreation programs, facilities and leisure activities offered to the community. Inclusion also includes community and staff training, disability awareness programs, and accessibility of park trails and recreational facilities. Citizens with disabilities are encouraged to recreate with their peers by taking any class listed in our brochure. For more information or to request an accommodation, please complete the following form to request accommodations or special services. Accommodations request for mainstream programs should be made no later than two weeks before the program start date.
