Joshua Antonio Young was arrested and charged with First Degree Arson Friday in connection with a fire at 1011 Elmira Street in Mobile, Alabama, that occurred Thursday, November 14, 2024, at about 6 p.m.
On that day, Mobile Fire-Rescue Department responded to the residence to find a small smoldering fire had been extinguished on the outside of the home. Crews made sure the fire was completely out and had not spread inside the walls.
