Programs and Project Management Department

Programs and Project Management (PPM) manages the complex, transformative projects and initiatives for the City of Mobile. These include civil infrastructure, land acquisition, environmental, planning and vertical construction projects.

Funding for these projects comes from various sources, including the RESTORE Act, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the National Fish and Wildlife Federation (NFWF), and capital funds.

PPM projects work to connect and unite the city for all Mobile citizens.
