The City of Mobile Real Estate Asset Management Department is seeking qualified design professionals to provide design and construction administration related services for upgrading the HVAC system throughout the Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center (“Exploreum”).
The full extent of requirements and services are contained within the formal Request for Qualifications, as posted on the City of Mobile website. The document may also be obtained by contacting the Real Estate Asset Management Department, (251) 208-7454, Government Plaza, 205 Government Street, 5th Floor South Tower, Mobile, AL 36602.
Qualification forms will be accepted until 3:00 pm local time on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. All applicants must submit, via email, a single PDF containing the Qualifications checklist form, their qualifications, and all required RFQ responses to Elizabeth Miller at elizabeth.miller@cityofmobile.gov.

Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the at the location or address specifically directed in the specification by the date and time prescribed.
